Shipping & Returns

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.amazing-gifts.co.uk (the “Website”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

You may return all new unused items (except personalized) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


In the unlikely event the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Goods are refunded within 30 days of posting your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Damaged Item

If the item you received is damaged, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the damage that has accured, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is damaged, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the damage is as a result of misuse.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.

Delivery Service

Our delivery service is carried out by the Royal Mail. All our products are despatched by 2nd Class (2 to 4 working days delivery) unless requested otherwise. We do also offer Recorded and Express delivery for more urgent items.

First class post is normally delivered in 1 to 2 (however this is not guaranteed by Amazing Gifts or the Royal Mail) working days not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Express delivery is delivered the following working day however as above this does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.Recored delivery is the same as 1st class except a signature is required.

We post from Monday to Friday every week. Goods purchased prior to 4PM will be posted the same working day. Please note any goods purchased after 4PM will be posted on the next working day. Any goods ordered after 4pm on Friday will not be posted till the coming Monday (except where a Public Holiday falls).

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item

Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:-
(a) fire;
(b) severe weather conditions;
(c) industrial dispute;
(d) strike or labour disputes

Postage and Packing

Our postage and packing charge is calculated automatically by product weight for your ease of shopping and also to offer competitive rates for multiple purchases. Once you have selected the goods that you require in your shopping basket you will be advised on what the total charge will be prior to any payment being made.

Postage and packing covers more than just the cost of postage when calculated. It also covers the following as example : Packing materials, packing time, transport costs, storage costs etc.

We use appropriate materials to protect the items during transport such as bubble wrap/padded envelopes. With certain products very little protection is required so occasionally we may just use a standard envelope or just wrapping paper.
